Overview
The facility
This popular camping village is located directly on the lake on a spacious green area (approx. 160'000 m²) with approx. 294 grouped bungalows and detached mobile homes. Reception, restaurant, bars, pizzeria, gelateria, bancomat, supermarket, laundry (for a fee), medical service. 1 parking place per bungalow free of charge. Wi-Fi for a fee.
Location: directly on the lake, depending on the location of the bungalows about 100 to 500 m to the beach. Sirmione old town about 3 km. A sunken, secured road runs through the camping village, but it only affects the appearance.
Swimming: On the public gravel beach, swimming pool (25 x 12 m, not heated, open from about May to October 10.00 to 19.00, depending on weather) with sun terrace, children's paddling pool with slide, whirlpool for adults. Free sun loungers and sunbeds by the pool (as long as available), bathing cap compulsory.
Family-friendly: playground, children's entertainment (mid-May to mid-September), miniclub (ages 4-12).
Leisure/sports: table tennis, soccer, volleyball. With charge: tennis (4 clay courts, 2 hard courts) with floodlight, mini golf, bike rental.

Tip #3: Verona – the romantic city
Verona, the stage for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, is pure romance. There are many famous attractions in the town from various historical periods, such as the Verona arena dating back to the 1st century AD, the medieval fortress Castelvecchio or even the Casa Giulietta, where you can touch the statue of Juliette to bring you luck.

Preis- und Leistung der Anbieter waren sehr gut. Lage der Feriensiedlung ist super.

Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden. Leider wurden am Pool Liegen mit Badtüchern reserviert. Nach Rücksprache mit anderen Gästen, wurde unsere Beobachtung bestätigt, das teilweise Liegen den ganzen Tag reserviert und nicht belegt wurden. Da meine Frau und ich nicht gut am Boden liegen können, haben wir uns erlaubt, zweimal reservierte Liegen zu räumen. Nach ca. 5 Stunden kamen die "Reservierer" und wollten mit uns streiten. Wir haben Sie zum Badmeister geschickt. Das zweite Mal erschienen bis am Abend keine Badegäste um ihre Badetücher zu holen! Wir wären gerne bereit wie in anderen Destinationen für Liegebetten zu bezahlen.

Im Grossen und ganzen konnten wir unsere Ferien geniessen und für die Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre) war es Ideal da sie auf dem Gelände Platz hatten und sich gut bewegen konnten. Viele Dinge die oben in der Bewertung erwähnt wurde, haben uns etwas enttäuscht. Z.B WLan punktuel und nur gegen Bezahlung. Kein Sandstrand mehr. Falschinformationen usw. Zur Einrichtung für Kleinkinder wurde uns gesagt das ein Schutzgitter für das Bett vorhanden sei und das kann man an der Rezeption beziehen. Die Person an der Rezeption sagte es hat im Mobilehome. Beides stimmte nicht. Wir fragten im Voraus ob Bettwäsche vorhanden sei? Die Rezeption schrieb das das so ist. Allerdings wurde nicht gesagt das die Bettwäsche 52.- Euro kostete für 4 Personen. Besser informieren von Anfang an. So hätten wir unsere Bettwäsche mitgenommen. Garda Village bezeichnet sich mit 4 Sternen. Im hohen Schweizer Standard waren das zirka 2 Sterne. Bitte Informationen auf Buchungsseiten anpassen und aktuell halten. Zum Beispiel das Foto vom Spielplatz auf der REKA Seite ist nicht mehr aktuell. Der grosse Spielturm war nicht mehr vorhanden.
