Discount level according to size of group

10-20 persons: 5%
From 21 persons: 10%

Travel dates and length of stay

The group discounts apply in selected periods and for stays between 3 and 7 nights. Ask us, we will be happy to make you an interesting offer.

Booking conditions

Possible from 10 adult participants (incl. group leader) and booking of at least 3 accommodations
Prices and discount apply only if travel dates are identical for all participants
The discount is granted on the basic price. Special offers are excluded from this.
The discount does not apply to bookable additional services (food, bed changing, bike rental, etc.) or extras

Group leader

Per group there is one spokesperson for Reka, who is part of the travel group. He/she informs Reka of the room/flat distribution. The booking confirmation is issued to the association/club etc., or group leader

Payment

Reka Holidays’ terms of payment apply regarding the base price and at the time of booking closure. A down payment is only possible with the designated means of payment (no invoice). Alternatively, we accept the full payment with invoice within 30 days. The contract will be made out to one invoice recipient. The group leader collects the participants’ share.

Accommodation option

We keep an option on the required number of accommodations up to 3 weeks after the request and at the latest up to 60 days before departure.

Travel insurance

We will gladly conclude this for you. Please note: travel insurance is compulsory per accommodation. Included in each case are the person taking out the insurance (who pays the premium) as well as all those who share the rented property.

Administrative fees

As necessary, the following fees are charged individually:

Partial payment CHF 30.–
Postal dispatch CHF 20.–
