The facility
The Peaks Place Hotel in Laax is your base camp for adventurous experiences in Graubünden. The best? Familiar hotel services combined with the privacy of a holiday flat. And as a certified hotel in the areas of skiing, biking, hiking and wellness, we know exactly what you need for your sporting summit experiences.
The large, modern serviced apartments for up to eight people have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, a balcony and storage space in the apartment and in the cellar. Relax in the 850 m² wellness & spa at Peaks Place with fitness room and enjoy free access to seven other spa locations in Flims Laax with the Spa Around wellness pass. Indulge yourself in the in-house restaurant s'nani: The first regio.garantie-certified restaurant reinterprets grandmother's recipes in a new way using local ingredients. Peaks Place also has a cozy reception area with a fireplace lounge.
Free Wi-Fi, a launderette, bike services (bike cellar, bike wash, bike repair station), ski cellar with private locker and ski boot dryer as well as underground parking and e-charging station (for a fee) complete the offer.
The Peaks Place is located next to the Coop petrol station (with store). In winter, a free shuttle service to the valley station in Laax is available to guests.
Digital guest card: free use of the local buses as well as other inclusive services and many discounts.

Senda dil Dragun
The "Senda dil Dragun", the longest treetop path in the world, connects the two districts of Laax Murschetg and Laax village. The 1.5-kilometre-long footbridge offers guests young and old the opportunity to experience the Laax forest at eye level with the trees. With a slide, five platforms with seating and state-of-the-art, interactively prepared information about the regional flora and fauna, the tree-top walk is a unique nature experience for the whole family.
Lake Cauma
Lake Cauma is the pearl of Flims. Swim, laze and sunbathe during your summer holidays in Switzerland. Lake Cauma lies in the heart of the Flims forest and impresses above all with its striking turquoise-green and pleasantly cool water. Peaks Place deserves five starts rating. Hotel is super clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating, SPA and wellness area are just what you need after day on the ski slopes. It is very conveniently located with free shuttle to the ski area. Apartments are spacious with well-equipped kitchen so one can prepare meals and enjoy time after ski. Ski lockers are available in the building with well ventilated lockers for boots and gloves to dry overnight. We visited LAAX in 2025 and then 2026, and one of main reasons was the Peaks Place. Will be back in 2027.

Insgesamt zufrieden. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Spielzimmer. Dieses wirkt lieblos und scheint nicht unterhalten zu werden... fast alle Spielsachen sind defekt oder nicht mehr vollständig. Geräumig und gemütlich Schade, dass sich viele Gäste in der Sauna nicht daran halten, dass es ein Nacktbereich ist. Frühstück und Speisen im S'nani sind gut, wenn auch teuer genug

Your holiday accommodation in Laax
High above the Rhine Gorge, on a sunny plateau, is the Graubünden resort of Laax. The offer of the holiday destination in the Surselva region is diverse and attracts everyone from families to freestylers. Flims, Laax and Falera are interconnected sports areas and thus belong to the largest areas in Switzerland.
