The facility
Small 2-storey residential complex with 11 purpose-built apartments in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartments on the first floor have a shared terrace, which is not separated per apartment. Public parking next to the apartments (incl. free parking card). There is a pizzeria next to the complex. Free Wi-Fi.
Location: just outside Procchio, on the beach of Campo all'Aia, about 1 km from the village center of Procchio.
Bathing: 10 m to the public sandy beach of Campo all'Aia.
In Procchio there is a bicycle and car rental service.

About the location
In the northwest of the island lies this small village in the charming bay of the same name.
About the region
The coast of Elba is rich in hidden beaches, enchanting bays and unspoilt landscapes. The island has a subtropical climate due to special sea and air currents and is ideal for bathing holidays in spring or late autumn.
Directions
From Swiss border: Chiasso - Milan and before Parma direction Cisa Pass - La Spezia - Rosignano (or via Gr. St. Bernard - Alessandria - Genova - La Spezia -Rosignano. From Rosignano Superstrada "Via Aurelia" to exit "Piombino". In Piombino follow the direction of the port, where you will embark and take the ferry to the port of Portoferraio.
From Portoferraio follow the sign "Tutte direzioni" and then the road to Procchio/Marina di Campo. After about 11 km you will find the sign "Campo all'Aia" on your right. Turn off and follow the road until you reach the beach. Directly on the beach you will find the residence Elbamar Procchio.
Arrival by public transport: By train to Piombino. By ferry to Portoferraio. From there to Procchio by bus. The accommodation can be reached from Procchio in about 15 minutes on foot or by cab.
