The facility
The Residence Il Giardino degli Oleandri is located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches and the exclusive boutiques and eateries of Porto Cervo. The residence is built on a hill surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and surrounded by fragrant oleander. The residence has 21 apartments, furnished in Sardinian style and distributed in the garden. Reception, parking, laundry room (for a fee), free wi-fi.
Location: 3 km from Porto Cervo and 26 km from Olbia. Bars and restaurants are about 1.5 km away. Car recommended.
Swimming: 2 swimming pools, 1 of them for children (open from 01.05.-15.10.2024). Approx. 350 m to the sandy beach "Liscia di Vacca".
Leisure/sports: in the surrounding area, for a fee: diving, snorkeling, boat trips possible. Golf (approx. 5 km away).

About the location
Porto Cervo, the sophisticated "place to be" on the world-famous Costa Smeralda, is located on the north coast of Sardinia in the province of Olbia-Tempio, only about 40 km away from the regional capital Olbia with its airport and ferry port.
In the summer months, the most impressive yachts and sailing boats in the Mediterranean anchor in the harbour, as many national and international celebrities always meet here for a rendezvous. Of archaeological interest is the prehistoric tomb of the giants (Tomba dei Giganti) at Li Muri. The hinterland offers wonderful nature for excursions in hiking boots and on a bike. First-class wines grow in the area. An insider tip are excursions from Palau to the islands around La Maddalena.

Directions
By plane: Various flight options from Zurich, Basel, Geneva and Bern to Olbia.
By car from Olbia: On SS125, after about 7 km continue on SP73, SP94, at Abbiadori turn right on SP59. At Km 31 turn right towards Via Spargi, after 170 m turn right on Via Spargi, after 60 m turn left on Via del Germanon Reale. After 350 m turn left. The residence is on the right after 85 meters.
