The facility
The colorful houses exude the charm of a small fishing village, and the proximity to the beach (50 m) guarantees a vacation feeling from the very first minute. 85 apartments distributed in a self-contained residence, reception, free parking (not covered), customer laundry (for a fee) and Wi-Fi for a fee.
Location: Only 50 m from the sandy beach with direct access, 1 km to Marseillan Port with harbor, restaurants and stores. Cap d'Agde is 8 km away. Car recommended.
Swimming: Swimming pool with paddling pool (heated except July/August, open April to October, depending on the weather). Free deckchairs.
Family-friendly: children's playground in the middle of a large lawn.
Leisure/sports: Free of charge: fitness area, table tennis, pétanque. For a fee: Spa area with sauna, hammam and massages. By external providers on the beach: rowing, sailing, kitesurfing. There are many cycle paths in the area.
Services: Made beds on arrival (for a fee), bread roll service, dogs (for a fee).

Es war im grossen und ganzen schön im La Grenadine. Einfach sehr eng für 5 Personen in der Wohnung. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Nähe zum Meer machen vieles wieder wett, der Strand ist sehr schön. Im Dorf ist man auch relativ schnell zu Fuss.

- tolle Ferien. - es wäre praktisch, als Familie zwei Wohnungsschlüssel zu haben. - sehr viel Hundekot in der Ferienanlage am Boden... ekelhaft.

Schöne Familienurlaub am Meer, ohne Auto möglich

Wir haben die Marseillan Ferien in der „Residence La Grendine“ genossen. Der Service mit der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern war für uns, gerade weil wir mit Zug und Bus anreisten sehr praktisch. Wir haben überhaupt unsere ersten Familien- Ferien in Frankreich ohne Auto verbracht. Wir sind nach Séte gafahren und dort den Bus Nr.9 ca 40min Fahrtzeit nach Marseillan nach „Le Canal“- das ist die beste Route und empfehlenswert, denn der Bahnhof in Marseillan Plage hatte Ausfälle. Velos gemietet vor Ort, der Händler hat sie uns sogar extra in die Ferienanlage gebracht. Die Klimaanlage im Häuschen haben wir auch geschätzt, wenn es um die 34Grad warm wurde. Und natürlich Das Meer, welches in 2-3Minuten Gehdistanz befindet war wunderbar!!! In Séte gibt es einiges zu entdecken, schöne Museen. In Marseillan ist das Haus Noilly Prat sehenswert und der Etang- besonders für Austern und Muscheln Liebhaberinnen. Dankeschön. Gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Super friendly and accommodating staff who gave local information and were helpful with last minute requests. The only drawback was no and bad internet connection. Also the mosquitoes present mean customers may want to have nets in front of windows going forward.

About the location
This dynamic seaside resort for families and sports enthusiasts is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. There are holiday flats, residences, hotels and a naturist centre in 10 different neighbourhoods. There are three pleasure islands in the spacious marina.
Directions
From Sète follow the RN112, from Béziers follow the RN 612, from Montpellier take the highway A9, exit no. 33 (Sète, Frontignan). From Perpignan: A9 highway, exit no. 35 (Béziers center), follow the D612, all straight ahead (Av. De Sète), take the 2nd exit on the right after the traffic circle (Quai des bateliers et de Plaisance).
