The facility
This spacious apartment complex has 55 purpose-built apartments. The complex consists of several individual houses built next to each other. The apartment houses are surrounded by large green areas with shady olive trees and palm trees. Pizzeria/restaurant (open until mid-October), bar, mini-market, small kiosk by the pool (open during high season). Free Parking spaces near the accommodations. Free Wi-Fi in public areas.
Location: on the south-western part of Lake Garda, in a sunny and quiet position. Lake Garda 1 km, Moniga del Garda 1 km. Car required.
Services: Possibility for breakfast and half board. Â
Bathing: Swimming pool (20 x 10 m, fresh water) with 2 children's paddling pools (not heated, open end of May - end of September, depending on weather) and sunbathing lawn. 1 sunshade and 2 deckchairs per apartment included - additional sunbeds give fee (EUR 10.00/week). To the lake approx. 1 km.
Family friendly: children's playground, animation for young and old (25.05.-06.09.2024).
Leisure/sports: table tennis. With charge: 1 tennis dart court (approx. EUR 8.00/hour) with floodlights (approx. EUR 13.00/hour), bike rental (approx. EUR 13.00/day), 18-hole golf course (approx. 5 km away).

Résidence ni trop grand ni trop petite. Nourriture très bonne mais le buffet du petit déjeûner est vraiment minimaliste... avec la demi-pension, nous n'avions jamais le droit d'aller sur la terrasse car réservé pour les clients externes...dommage...

Tout sur place et su calme pour se depayser

Chouette séjour en famille avec une jolie terrasse. Chambre pour enfant un peu petite (non adapté pour bébé). Et matelas à changer. Manque quelques ustensiles ds la cuisines. Piscine idéale pour les fortes chaleurs avec des transats réservés pour la semaine. Dommage que la plage (cailloux) du lac n est pas vraiment adapté pour nager. Super supérette, équipe très Sympathiques. Restaurant où nous avons super bien mangé.

Ideale Wohnung in Anlage zu Kennenlernen

Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit viel Grünflächen und Olivenbäumen, inkl. guter Infrastruktur. Im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen haben die Wohnungen sehr grosse Balkone/Terrassen mit Tisch UND zusätzlichen Lounge-Möbeln. Unsere grosszügige 2-Zi-Wohnung im OG wie auch viele andere haben Seesicht. Da bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr tiefe Temperaturen herrschten, fanden wir einen tragbaren Heizkörper in der Wohnung, ohne den wir es nicht ausgehalten hätten. Zum Dorfkern Moniga del Garda ist es ein abwechslungsreicher Spaziergang in 15-20min, zum Beginn der Seepromenade ca.10min. Ideal als Standort zum Entdecken der süd-westlichen Umgebung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Unsere Reservierung fand sich erst nach Nachforschungen im email, ebenso gab es keine weiteren Infos kurz vor Anreise. Das wurde aber durch den Einsatz des Personals wettgemacht.

About the location
Moniga del Garda is located on the western shore of Lake Garda between Desenzano and Salò and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the numerous amusement parks or cultural sights. The village nestles on a hill and extends down to the lake. A picturesque harbour awaits you there. Directions
From the Swiss border Chiasso take the A9 motorway to Milano. Change to the A4/E13 towards Brescia/Verona/Venice. Take the Desenzano del Garda motorway exit. Leave the motorway there and continue in the direction of Desenzano. Follow the signs for Saló until you reach Moniga del Garda. At the roundabout turn right towards the centre of the village. Drive through the centre and turn right after about 500 m (follow the signs for "Residence Primera/Villaggio Barbara").
