Overview
The facility
This resort is slightly elevated above the sea and close to the Vrsar promenade. The terraced pavilions, which are nestled in the middle of the Mediterranean vegetation, contain not only bungalow rooms but also 176 apartments for 3 to 4 people. The paths within the resort are very steep and not suitable for baby carriages. Well-maintained footpaths lead to the rocky beach, the diving center and the sports centers, which in addition to water sports also offer tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf and various ball courts. The resort offers a buffet restaurant, "Lover Real Grill" restaurant with sun terrace right by the sea, bar, pool bar, "Star Anise Asian" restaurant, ATM, free parking, free Wi-Fi.
Location: Elevated above the sea, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the Vrsar promenade.
Services: Possibility of breakfast and half board
Swimming: Swimming pool with children's paddling pool (closed depending on the weather, in which case the indoor pool at the nearby Hotel Pineta is open), large sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols, paved and pebble-covered rocky beach. Sun loungers and parasols on the beach for a fee. Shower at th beach.
Family-friendly: Playground, daily entertainment by the pool, mini club (4-12 years), mini disco and evening program (high season).
Leisure/sports: Dance terrace with live music. For a fee: Tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, bike hire, boccia, basketball, volleyball. Diving center, Petalon sports center (approx. 500 m). Water sports center directly on the beach: pedalo, boat and kayak rental, jet ski, stand-up paddle.

About the location
Vrsar is one of the most beautiful towns in Istria. In front of Vrsar there is a chain of 18 green islands. Vrsar, which was called Ursaria by the Romans and was formerly a fishing and farming village, has a romantic atmosphere and plenty of sights. The important tourist centre is known for its water springs and numerous restaurants.
Directions
By car: Italian highways to Trieste, then follow the signs for "Slovenia/Koper/Capodistria" to the end of the highway. Follow the signs to "Capodistria" and cross the border between Italy/Slovenia "Skofije". Before Koper turn right towards Porec/Pula, continue to the border crossing Slovenia/Croatia "Dragonja/Kastel". Continue in the direction of Buje-Porec-Pula E751. In Porec continue in the direction of Vrsar, after approx. 6 km you will reach the village of Funtana. In Funtana, continue in the direction of Vrsar. After approx. 3 km you have arrived in Vrsar, follow the signs to Belvedere Resort.
