Current Information: Parking at Golfo del Sole
Starting 07.09.2025, Parking P3 will be closed, and the entire parking area will be redesigned. This upgrade will enhance the overall accessibility and sustainability of the resort. To speed up your on-site check-in, it is mandatory to provide your personal details online at least 2 days before arrival, using the web check-in link which you will receive via email after booking. Please note that access to Golfo del Sole is via Via Don Sebastiano Leone 65 and not via Viale Italia (pedestrian zone). During the construction period, our service staff will assist you upon arrival at the resort entrance.

About the location
Your holiday accommodation in Follonica
Follonica is located in the soft, hilly Tuscan countryside. The small town with a population of barely 25,000 is situated directly by the sea. This small Italian town extends over an area including three nature parks. The popular bathing resort of Fallonica is just opposite the famous island of Elba.
The Italian coastal town offers a gently sloping sandy beach to guarantee safe bathing. Follonica is the ideal departure point for easy or more demanding but pleasurable bike tours. Discover tours to Sienna, Florence, Rome or to Elba as well as exploration tours of the Tuscan hinterland are all highlights of the Grosseto area. You’ll also find restaurants, shopping opportunities and specialized shops in the busy little Italian towns in the vicinity.
This ever-young location is particularly suited for those who love sea and sand: it’s a modern resort with typical Italian flair!
Directions
Arrival by car from the Swiss border
Domodossola via Lötschberg, or Chiasso-Milan and before Parma in the direction of Cisa Pass-La Spezia-Rosignano (or possibly Great St. Bernhard/via Alessandria-Genova-La Spezia-Rosignano) to the “Follonica Nord” exit right, at the roundabout turn right towards Pratoranieri, after the underpass at the roundabout take the third exit for “Centro/Don Sebastiano Leone”, and at the next roundabout turn right towards the holiday resort. Park in front of the barrier. At reception, you will receive the magnetic key and your parking lot number.
Access: From the “Via Aurelia” via the access road (through road to Follonica) to the Reka holiday resort Golfo del Sole.
Arrival by train
Timetable and tickets available at the SBB railway counter. From Follonica railway station, take the bus to Golfo del Sole or go by taxi (3 km).
