Resort Amarin

We visited Amarin Resort for the first time and only for 3 days, as a continuation of our holidays in Savudrija, and we will come again for sure. We are a family with a 6-years old child, so the thing we liked the most was the family friendly concept of the resort and a vibrant atmosphere, with many young families and a crowd of children present. The resort itself has a very good location, only several km away from Rovinj city center, which is easily accessible by a tourist train (operates whole day from Amarin to Rovinj and back, every 30-35 min), which is a special adventure for the youngest. The village type of the resort with nice two-story houses with apartments adds to the relaxed mood; on the other hand, the beachfront location loses its importance a bit because not all apartments have a sea view and are a few hundred meters further away... basically not a problem. We had halfboard (breakfast/dinner) and it was excellent, with a good variety and quallity of food. In-between, there are several options to get a meal without leaving the place (pizza restorant, backery, a market), or cook for yourself in the apartment's kitchen, for those who prefer that. The water activities - beach and pools (2 outdoor plus one small for the yougest) provide plenty of fun and activities, such as water fun in the sea 'aquapark' (for an additional fee) or aerobics in the pool. One of the best things that surprised me very positively were the free sun loungers on the beach for resort guests (of course, also by the pool), which is not the norm for sun loungers on the beach in this area... There is also no shortage of sports activities outside the water - mini golf, tennis, volleyball, running, cycling, I must have missed something... There is also entertainment and activities for children during the day and evening (e.g. a talent show...)... We had a problem with the drain in the bathroom sink, which was clogged, but they fixed it in half an hour. I would definitely give it a higher rating than 4, probably 4.5-4.6. A suggestion for improvement - maybe if they extended the check-out by an hour and shortened the wait for check-in (I realize that there is a lot of maintenance work in a large resort), but still. Last but not least, very very friendly and professional staff...

Boravili smo u standard apartmanu u kojem bi trebalo malo obnoviti, najviše kupaonu, inače sve drugo zadovoljavajuće. Okoliš jako uredan, osoblje jako ljubazno i dostupno, hrana u restoranu ukusna i izbora za svakoga. Vraćamo se opet kada bude prilike.

Boravili smo u standard apartmanu u kojem bi trebalo malo obnoviti, najviše kupaonu, inače sve drugo zadovoljavajuće. Okoliš jako uredan, osoblje jako ljubazno i dostupno, hrana u restoranu ukusna i izbora za svakoga. Vraćamo se opet kada bude prilike.

Villaggio ben organizzato, molto pulito e ordinato , all interno non manca nulla per godersi la vacanza , leggera pecca nella pulizia delle camere . Nel complesso un luogo ideale per una bella vacanza .

The resort is very beautiful, with plenty of natural shade. The apartment we got was clean and tidy with a complete kitchen and crockery. The food was varied and delicious, the sea and the beach suitable for both rest and entertainment. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole complex and I hope to see you again🙂

Wir waren als Famile da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Liegen waren immer verfügbar, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Essen lecker. Würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

In Summe ein nettes Hotel mit weitläufigem Areal (viele Sportmöglichkeiten zum Beispiel vorhanden) und somit für Familien bestens geeignet. Allerdings muss bei der Buchung die Zimmerkategorie bedacht werden bzw. darauf geachtet werden. Die Standard-Doppelzimmer sind schon sehr alt und eigentlich sanierungsbedürftig. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen eigentlich nicht der Realität. Essen in Summe auch gut, auch wenn die Getränkepreise zu hoch sind.
