Vse je bilo ok, hrana solidna, sobarice opravljajo svoje delo, čeprav mislim, da jih je premalo, zato je kdaj tudi površno narejeno,. Okolica urejena, vsekakor priporočam za večdnevne počitnice . Z ženo bova sigurno se obiskala vaš prijeten resort.

Odlično počutje v celotnem resortu Amarin, super povezave z vlakom in čolnom z Rovinjem, zelo urejena hortikultura in lepo urejene bivalne enote, pokriti parkingi, zelo prijazno osebje, skratka vse odlično.

Wir waren schon öfter -Gast. Leider muß man immer mit Einschränkungen rechnen. Klimaanlage außer Betrieb (Leider konnte ersatzweise auch kein Ventilator gestellt werden), Telefon zur Rezeption ohne Funktion, Kühlschrank defekt (wurde ausgetauscht), Küche vorhanden aber kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrtuch. Der Fernseher war nicht funktionsbereit, wurde von einem Techniker eingestellt. Deutsche Programme kaum vorhanden. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Hilfsbereitschaft. Wegen fehlendem Wlan wurde kostenlos ein mobiles Wlan zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden. Zusammenfassung: Wenn man keine deutschen Maßstäbe anlegt kann man in der Anlage, direkt am Meer, einen schönen Urlaub genießen

Že več let obiskujemo Rovinj vedno nastanjeni v Maistra nastanitvah. Razen pohvale nimam komentarjev. Urejeno, prijazno, kvalitetno!

Razočarana nad namestitvijo. Apartma ni bil počiščen, police v omarah umazane, brez vrečk za sortiranje odpadkov, brez stojala za brisače, miza se je majala, na terasi so namestili gasilni aparat in niso pomili za seboj (ostalo na tleh umazano od vrtanja), rasla trava, itd.... V apartmaju 27C in prosila za vključitev klime. Odgovorili, da je prehodno obdobje, naj zvečer odprem okna in prezračim, da deluje gretje.

Unfortunately, our recent stay at Amarin Resort did not meet our expectations. We stayed in a Standard Triple Room (2 adults + 1 child, 6 years old), and from the moment we entered the apartment, we were disappointed. There was an unpleasant, musty smell upon arrival, which gave a very poor first impression. The beds were extremely squeaky with every movement, and the overall cleanliness was lacking — we noticed several areas that had clearly not been cleaned properly (we’ve attached photos as evidence). The furniture is outdated and does not reflect the quality of a 4-star property, which we had expected when booking through Maistra. While we are aware that newer apartments exist within the resort, the one we stayed in looked significantly worse in person than in the photos. Honestly, we were very disappointed. On May 2nd, we reported to the reception that the fridge wasn’t working. Although we were told someone would come to fix it, no one showed up. As a result, the food we stored inside spoiled. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the rest of the resort’s amenities were satisfactory. However, the accommodation — the most important part of the stay — was far below the advertised standard and our expectations. Kind regards, Lejla B.
